We are a local team that lives and works in Leme. We keep in touch by message, through the site chat or WhatsApp, and normally reply through the day. You have complete privacy during your stay, but we are nearby for whatever you need: a restaurant tip, a question about the apartment or anything unexpected.
Avenida Prado Júnior is at the start of Copacabana, a few steps from the sand and right on the border with Leme. It is the part of the neighborhood with the most services per block: supermarkets, 24-hour pharmacies, bakeries, banks, restaurants and the beachfront kiosks, all on foot. The Copacabana promenade starts around the corner and runs four kilometres to Posto 6, and five minutes the other way is Leme beach, which is much calmer. Sugarloaf Mountain, in Urca, is just next door.
Santos Dumont airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away by car; Galeão international airport (GIG) takes 40 minutes to an hour depending on traffic. Taxis and ride apps work well and drop you at the door. Cardeal Arcoverde metro station is a 10 to 15 minute walk, with direct connections to Ipanema, Botafogo, downtown and the north of the city. Avenida Princesa Isabel, next door, carries the bus lines to the rest of Rio and the tunnel towards Botafogo. If you are coming by car, we can point you to paid parking nearby: just ask before you arrive.
