The loft is on the 9th floor of a residential building on Rua Belfort Roxo, on a quiet stretch at the start of Copacabana. Fully renovated, it is bright and airy, with split air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The bedroom, separated from the living room by wooden panels, has a double box-spring bed, blackout curtains, a Smart TV, a clothes rack and shelves.

The living room has a single sofa bed (large single size), a work desk with a chair and a dining table. Fiber Wi-Fi at 650 Mbps.

The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, stove with oven, microwave, air fryer, blender, Nespresso coffee machine, a thermos with a pour-over coffee stand, electric kettle, chilled water filter, pots and utensils. There is also a washer-dryer.

The bathroom has a hot shower and a hair dryer. Bed linen and towels are provided, plus an iron and hangers.

Guests can also use the building's rooftop terrace on the 12th floor, including for hanging laundry.

You have full privacy during your stay, but we are nearby for anything you need: a restaurant tip, a question about the apartment or any unexpected issue.

Rua Belfort Roxo is at the start of Copacabana, right next to Leme, in a residential area full of services. Within a few minutes' walk you have Copacabana and Leme beaches, the Copacabana Palace, supermarkets (Pão de Açúcar and Hortifruti), bakeries, pharmacies and restaurants such as Galeto Sat's and Cervantes. Rio Sul shopping mall, in Botafogo, is about a 12-minute walk away.

Cardeal Arcoverde subway station is a 7-minute walk away. Taxis and ride apps stop at the door, and there are buses to the whole city on the nearby avenues.

Santos Dumont Airport is about 20 minutes away by car; Galeão (GIG) is 40 minutes to 1 hour, depending on traffic.

No garage space is included; there is street parking and paid garages nearby.
